hpw to change size for video upload?

can some one tell me where to change the size for the possible video upload as now it is only 2mb which is to small for video

& on your php.ini file on your root directory.

in dolphin root or server root?

both did not have a php.ini file

where do I find it?

create a file php.ini

should contain this :

upload_max_filesize=20M

The PHP.ini file should go in the server root gochum  .....
