Also, the auto login only directs members to the main homepage and not to the direct link of the members profile or photo or whatever it is referring to. Please advise.

I was not able to access my account for a long time. I had trouble getting back the login from a person I trusted before, we are now in separate ways, after almost a year he gave me back the login.

These guys are totally useless! I have had them install 2 integrations (phpbb3 was one of them). They are actually working, but I need additional work. Needless to say, they have not responded promptly, and when they do, it's just BS comments like they're sorry for the delay, etc.

Idiots - really sad that they can't seem to run their business, even when the integrations they programmed for me are working fine. Jomar is a decent developer, see more but rarely available and haven't been able to contact him since Dec 2011. I have no idea if anyone else actually works there as I have spoken to Nadine (cust serv) months ago as well. Crazy, crazy, crazy!
Work was done, but of course it took me forever to chase after them. I no longer have any support from them, and now looking for a new developer in O-Desk. Reporting to Boonex will do no good. Quite frankly, I made a huge mistake going down this path with Dolphin and the limited list of quality developers. DBF is the WORST by far. I wish they were banned from this site, but since the work I paid for was done, not much to bitch about other than they don't support their customers.
Be very careful! I've bought this integration(http://www.boonex.com/m/PHPBB_Forum_Integration_includes_Groups_Events_and_Store) on 19/1/12 and until now they didnt finished the service. Every week they tell me that they are almost done but never do it. I've asked my money back several times, but they just dont give me. If you dont want to wait 6 months to have the a service done, just dont buy anything from them.

They've done work. It has been over a month. They have responded to my messages but never with an answer that was directly related or clear. They haven't told me if they are done. They did install the PHPbb3 but I made it connect to my forum tab myself. I get error messages e-mailed to me after anyone uses the board. Again, I don't know if they have completed the work. My last message was to look at the address of the board to know the status. I think they have every intention of doing the work but see more their communication has left me feeling like I am hanging in the land of vague.

The only way to get dolphinbugfixing to respond / contact them (if paying via paypal) is to dispute a claim. And if you ask for a refund (even if you do it within the stated 2 days of purchase and do not give them any details of your website) there's a very good chance they will not refund you and take your money. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! Communication is appalling.
Do not make any business with these people! I had to wait eternally for the installation of the forum. Despite the long wait the system is not working. On inquiry I received an answer after days and the problem was not fixed even after several weeks. Overall I am very disappointed and can only advise not to order any service from "dolphinbugfixing".
I am still waiting on a response to the last two messages I sent this person... They instantly responded to my first message over two weeks ago, but have not responded since...

This is a great mod - must have for any site. They did a very professional job at installing it. phpBB is a way better forum than Orca, as is. So if you're looking for group interaction get this. Thanks guys for the wonderful job!
He did an AMAZING AMAZING job on this. The best thing about him is that he cares about his customers and wants the best for them. I asked him some things that needed to be fixed and he fixed them all right off the bat. You can depend on him and his knowledge. He's a great guy to work with. :) I will always go back to him when I have new issues in the future.
Bottom line, I'm VERY happy with this. My site runs really fast. Thank you so much for your help.
DBF has been our developer of choice sine the begining of our website upgrade to Dolphin from Joomla. The phpBB integration has been a great asset to our new site over the Orca message board.

This is not cheap to do BUT having said that it clearly is worth the price. This is an enormous step forward in the world of Forums. To say it took my forum to the next level is an understatement, as it clearly has. The integration is fantastic and the ability to take Groups, Events and the Store to the forum fantasy makes each a much more powerful tool. The auto integration for each aspect is nothing but a complete time saver. If you are serious about your site and you want people to know see more you are serious about your site then this is a very logical step to enhance the appearance as well as professional presentation of your site. The PHPBB platform is just plain fantastic and has so many options to choose from that allows for any site to be matched and was quite fun to have so many options. JESS is brilliant and can get you through anything as he integrated a mod also to include the forum from scratch..........GREAT MOD GREAT WORK AND A PLEASURE to work with............ Clearly a MAJOR step forward........

They have tunned up the server, installed improvements, run through our queries, the works, and it is all just perfect now!! Site is stable and running smoothly, no more headaches.
