Pending Orders in my Boonex Market

People: Just a question that should be simple to reply:

Have a lot of pending orders in my boonex Market (important amount of money). Some of the orders were already processed and customer has receive their product, but a lot of them are still in status "pending order" and I can't see why?.

Can someone explain what I'm I suppose to do to put them in status "processed orders" and finally receive the payment?

It shows as pending whenever someone looks at the product, clicks the purchase link but doesn't complete the purchase. It's just someone looking.

 

The only time it requires any action on your part is if they've paid with a check, paypal doesn't show the payment as completed because they wait for the check to clear. Paypal will notify the seller by email when the check has cleared and the transaction has to be completed manually.

 

But most of the time, it's just showing as pending because they looked, they clicked to paypal but didn't actually buy the product.

Agreed.

I get those also. Happens when they click the button to buy it, but when they get to paypal, they do not make the purchase.

If you do not receive a email from paypal or funds in your account that show a payment was actually made, then you delete them.

Some helpful advice. Professionals, respond to email & unity messages; You have done neither for me. Also, your Market postings should be a demonstration of your translation quality. Having numerous erors is another drawback for me even though I really need quite a few translations.

This forum was close with the latest reply from deano92964 so would suggest not to post on it to request translation jobs (even if I didn't reply to your message before). I always try to reply every messages users sent to me, but sometimes things get complicated and it is not possible to check EVERY mail  EVERY user sent to me.
