Dolphin Group Creation Help Please

When trying to form new groups and even on the older ones we have, we get the following at end of page where GROUP FORUM topics, messages, etc are posted.  It allows creation of groups, but that is it...Here is error appearing on the group page

Warning: require_once(/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxxxx/groups/orca/layout/uni_en/params.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/groups/orca/xml/config.php on line 89

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/nolimit/public_html/beeabuzzin/groups/orca/layout/uni_en/params.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/groups/orca/xml/config.php on line 89

I changed the site name with  "xxxxxx" as did not know if should post that here.  Can someone advise what I need to do in order to correct this?  It was fine.  This just started, and seems it may  be permissions issue.

Just not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you!

first thing to do is verify if the file exist.

/home/nolimit/public_html/beeabuzzin/groups/orca/layout/uni_en/params.php

Thanks,

I decided to try and get techs on this.  I cannot figure out where that file went :(

Is there a way to reupload that particular file?

Thanks dolphinbugfixin for your reply

Just verify the entire directory path exists and all permissions are correct, if the file is missing, then just upload it from a fresh Dolphin package to the directory again via FTP
