zip codes dB for 6.0

Any ideas on where can I get worldwide zip codes/postal codes dB based on latitude/longitude for Installed - 6.0.0003

i dont know where you can get one installed at, but i do know that if you are using dolphin 6.0.3, that site has to be a relic. 

you can query for global zip and postal codes. i have seen them in the past, i do know that the size of such is substantial.
