youtube embed

hi i have fresh install of DB6 but i have problem with video upload (embed youtube). When i want embed some youtube video i get this error Video upload failed (Video error)

wheres can be problem? thx

hey i dont have this option ? there is no option of embed.. can you please tell me how can i get this option i am using 6.1 version.

Some youtube videos have restrictions which do not allow to embed them to somewhere, please try other youtube links, if it doesn't help then provide me your site access info to check the problem.

I had this error as well with ANY type of video upload and could not for the life of me figure out what was going wrong. Luckily for me, I switched hosts for a totally different reason and all videos starting working.

I know this may sound strange, but my problems started after my host loaded suPHP on my shared server. You might want to ask your host if they have that running. Loading suPHP will make changes to file permissions and restrict certain .htaccess commands that are required for uploading.
