wuzzy wig

Hello -

the wuzzy wig editor stopped working. The edit box opens but there are no icons above the text box (as they are here) and the "font family" and "font size" are not boxes with drop down choices they are word links over to the left top of the box that have a drop down list when clicked on. I cannot make any edit changes. This seemed to happen when we changed the cpanel password and then had problems with hosting. The hosting cannot find the reason. 

Any suggestions?

Go into your admin panel and turn off javascript caching.  Go to Tools, Cache and clear the caches and then go to /cache and /cache_public and delete all files EXCEPT the .htaccess file.  Also clear your browser cache and then load a page with the editor and see if there are any changes.
