wrong license number

I can´t enter my free license number for Ray Suite

Just bumping the post. I think it's probably due to downloading the wrong version of Dolphin, you get the option to download the free or the advert free copy of Ray (I just checked it in downloads). This is probably the issue here, but does anyone know if there is an easier way than completely zapping and re-installing the complete package (apart from buying the add free license of course)?

Any help appreciated here...

OK Guys,

Have had a scout about and found a similar post elsewhere on the boards (search "wrong license number" in Ray General). The answer to this other post was to delete the Ray folder from Dolphin and re-install just the Ray Package from Boonex downloads. Be sure to download and install the same version as you have the license for. If it's a free license then install Ray Free, not Ad Free (that's what caused the problem).

Once you've uploaded the Ray folder, go to (yoursite)/ray/install/ in your browser and run the installer. You need to enter the same sort of stuff you did to install Dolphin, and the additional bits and pieces worked for me by leaving them on default settings. You will need to chmod a few things, so keep your ftp client open. Then go into your dolphin admin cp and go to modules -> Ray, you will need to install the separate packages from here (more chmod). You should now be able to register the packages.
