wrong license key

i am trying to use Ray free version on my website i have generated free license keys but when i use the key in Ray admin it always says "wrong license key" can u please advise me what wrong i am doing what should i do to fix this. Regards Abdul Rauf

which dolphin suite did you download? are you using dolphin adfree and have that installed, and trying to use ray free?

I am useing free dolphin + Ray suite 6.1.4

I am having a similar Problem. How ever. mine is after i added Live Camera and Youtube. I UNxipped Local, and uploaded, and everything now works but the IM. It tells me i am using a invalid code as well. I am using Free, not ad free on both rayz and Dolphin. Dolphin support told me to re-install. To no Availe that has not fixed my problem either. I am by no means Illiterate when it come s to this stuff. But this one has me stumped.

Fixed my problem. Just reinstalled a new free suite under a subdomain. Then Trasnfered the working widget files back to the existing site. Soi solved my issues.
