world map loading problem

Hello 

I face a problem with the world maps control tools ( + , - , > , < etc) when i login to my site. If i visit it as a guest everything is fine but if i login i can't zoom in or click on the map. 

If i try to "edit location" the map disappears so i can't edit the locations for events or listings . 

I tried a solution that Alex T suggested in another post , but then  i couldn't see the images on the top of the pages and the outline lost it's layout (please take a look on attachment) . The map problem was fixed though.
