work or hire module

i'm looking for module that can make my users to choose on of the form when register, like freelancer.com the users should choose WORK or HIRE. then each one different form to fill up from user.

Yes, there is a module in the market to handle this.  It is the profile type splitter module and there is a basic and premium version; the premium offers more features.  There is also a membership splitter module that goes along with this if you need it, not required.
