why my members got different comment boxes

i have posted 2 pics some members have dif comment boxes to other members why is this please help

It's unlikely you will get a quick response to this.

I have been using dolphin for several years, and i have only seen this once.

I also think it is a difference between browsers. I am guessing one screen shot is from Firefox, the other from IE. You did not state this of course leaving out important information.

Anyhow, i believe if memory serves me correctly, it is somehow related to the custom template.

See if the template developer has any idea.

no nothing some members just have diffent comment boxes its weird

Ok maybe that member added some page's changes via profile customizer?

That happens to me once in a while too.  For some reason the TinyMCE editor reverts to its default styling, instead of the overriding styling in BxBaseConfig.php

Usually deleting all the files in /cache_public remedies the situation.  I wouldn't waste a lot of time worrying about it.
