I see some are attempts by hackers looking for Word Press; weaknesses or hacks etc.  You are going to have hackers attempting to find stuff and Word Press is a popular one to look for, then once they find it on the server they look for any security holes that have not been patched.

You have a dolphin site, but some file on your server, for example www.bkoot.com/tmp/0x4148fo.php or www.bkoot.com/flash/wp-simple.php not are dolphin files, it seems that your server might be hacked and have malicious files, you have to delete all malicious files and install some protection tool.

See the files don't exist errors?  Hackers constantly scan for files in the hope that they might find a target.  Wordpress is a favourite because a lot of people use it and hackers may find older installations with exploits that have not been patched.   These searches by hackers can't be prevented and are harmless if you don't have the files in question or have harden your installation.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the server has been compromise just because someone is searching for a particular file on the server and the server is saying the file does not exist.  However, we all should make sure our installations are secured and up to date.
