why dolphin support is not responding to me

already sent the email to them but its been 4 days no reply from them

anyone to advice

Your request has been put in the queue and was already answered.

In our turn we want to ask you to provide more details when you're writing us, because mails such as "My Ray is not working. Please help." tell nothing definite and we need to contact you again to clarify the details. This takes time. So, please think your questions over more thoroughly before contacting us.
