why boonex dont accept free mods from advanced members?

hi! i have a nice mod and i want share it here on boonex.
why advanced members cant share free mods?

i think its a big bug on this system!!

i understand, if somebody want sell products that he should buy premium status and pay 99 bucks first...
but why i should pay for premium-status if i want give free mod?

better solution:
- price is free = you can share the mod for free
- price is about 1 usd = you must buy premium status first.

i hope boonex will change it or find a good solution.

Best regards from germany!

i wouldnt conider it a bug per se' i think it actually helps keep the garbage to a minimum. you can do as others have done in the past and have another member upload your product if you are unable to purchase the necessary membership level that would allow the privilege of uploading your product.

thanks for your answer.

i understand what you mean, but here are so maaaany moderators.
moderators can delete the "garbage"...

i think many good modules will not sharing here, because many members dont want buy the premium-membership.
that is the problem!

to find some moderators who just checking the description.. isnt a problem.
sure it is not a gurantee that members posting shit in the download-file, but its better solution than bann all advanced members from market.

best regards!

e:// i want that people can trust me if i give them a tip. so i dont know its a good solution to give the own code to a premium member,
just that he can post it and get the reviews... i hope you understand what i mean and the problem which i try to explain you.

understanding, and as mentioned you can load up on code sharing in tips. as for giving to a premium member so they get the reviews, if you collaborated with a unity member who would work with you on uploading your products to the market on your behalf, then yes it would appear that the premium member would get the reviews, but essentially it would be the mod that gets the reviews, and on your unity profile, those who use your product could leave a review for you, also a forum topic would be started for your product where you would be able to provide the required support.

thanks for your answer.

if you want, i can create a page on my dolphin site, test your product there, and allow it to be downloaded from there as well? there are many ways to get your products put out there.

You can share it here

share the code in a blog,

then people will give the reviews, the points will go towards your profile,

or as mentioned above people can put reviews on your profile aswell.

Agreed, you can post your free mods in the code sharing forum.

The market was made premium only to help keep down on the number of crappy mods that are never maintained by the developers.
