why are the Video gallery Pics black after upload

Here is good place ,i got a lot of help from other people.

I have a question with the video vallery pics  .some videos pic is balck after i uploaded . some video can show a nice pic . i download video from youtube .i didn't exdit the video again . when i uploaded to website . it was displayed a black pic. black pic is very bad in video gallery . how to change this ?

Do i have to exdit every video  ? right

edit it and set the image with the little camera icon....play with it you can get it

you hit play and kinda hit the iconto capture and image to use

Thank you .,the 0:00:00 is black , maybe 0:01:00 ,start to show camera icon. if the 0:00:00 have one pic. video gallery will have a nice pic in there.
