I want a little arrow there where you see on the pics.
With language keys i must written what i want in 4 languages.

_text_arrow must be the key. 

Who can do this for me and for wich price?

Only on the index.php (or in backhand i can choose wich page)
Color of arrow must be chagable. (in css)

You want an arrow, and inside of the arrow will be text that will change when the user changes the language and you want the arrow to be on the menu before the first menu item.  I don't think this will be that difficult to do and can be done with the menu builder; I will have to play with it a bit.  Wait, you only want it on the index page, so it can not be a part of the menu structure ... I will still play with this a bit.
