Ok, Got it worked out

Whispers:
Please ensure, when you send a whisper to someone, click on their names in the users list and then ensure the whisper box is clicked too, othewise we can all see your private messages,  if you whisper to the same peson again, make sure to tick the whisper box again .. Secrets are no longer secrets anymore if we all share them ..

Ok, now, here's a question, is there a way to send these kinda admin message into the site automatically?
