check out my stuff at www.fancamtastic.com/RadioBijoux

You'll need to join the site, but once you have, take a look at our radio station page.  It has about all the stuff you mentioned.  I found most of it by searching a lot and modifying scripts to meet my particular needs.  We've got the standard shoutcast module for what's playing, flash, Winamp and WMP players for tuning in, RSS Feeds from Rolling Stone, DJ application link, Show schedules link, Tune request module for member requests, backend DJ Request management, Merchandise link, Rotating DJ banners, a few other items.  Nice thing about Dolphin is with a few mods, you can selectively show blocks to different membership levels (so the shoutcast admin link, DJ request page and such)  do not show up for regular members, just the DJ's.  (So YOU won't actually be able to see those links either.)

We've also taken our flash chat (not the one included with the Ray Suite) and modified it with a flash banner which pulls the xml data from the shoutcast stream and displays the currently playing tune and so forth in the chat rooms.

All this has taken some time to put together, so plan on spending a lot of time searching for scripts you can use to create your own nice Station.

As if something like this on the home page would not have warned you:

Fancamtastic.com is a Premiere Adult Video Chat Community.
We are dedicated to providing a fun, friendly adult online community where members can meet, chat, and interact without limitations.
In order to take full advantage of this site you will need to register as a member.
We'd love for you to try us out and become a member.
Fancamtastic.com is 100% FREE

Of course, if that didn't do it, then maybe the fact that it is has "CAM" in it's name should of served as a warning to you.  Exactly how naive do you actually think you are to fall for you didn't see that as being and adult oriented site.  Of course, it only says:  ...a fun, friendly adult online community..."  and then it goes on to say "...and interact without limitations."  I guess none of that would be hint to you.

In the end, you've revealed that your a closed minded POS and not worth the time that we would waste on a self-centered, egotistical, ascanine piece of garbage that links like that and blows kisses wearing a park and shades calling himself a "Super Star DJ".  Please, all the great DJ's I know definitely have better digs than that crackhouse your displaying in your profile pic.

Keep this in mind, bigal0228 took the time to answer your question and provide you with examples of what can be done.  Whether he's using tons of flash (which is extremely amateurish and a waste of server processor, memory & bandwidth) or goes with a more basic approach (which is seen as eloquent and wise) is not the issue.  Your free to do yours as you choose and now your off to figure it out without the help of many here after that tirade of yours.

***Note:  I am the resident Arsehole around here that all love and love to hate, quit attempting to think you can play on my level, your only hurting your brain cell when you do.

Mydatery, I have been really thinking about removing the flash banner.  I made the mistake of trying that out on my dev site and letting my members see it for their input.  Of course, since it's not only flash, but "flashy"  the loved it.  But yes, it's a real bandwidth and server hog.  I'm going to give it a few more weeks and then place my original nice, clean banner back.

Bigall, that wasn't directed towards your site, I never made it past your splash myself.  Just wanted to see what he landed on when he went to the URL you provided.  What I actually saw was an incredibly clean Splash page that got the point across without any confusion or misrepresentation on your part and maintained nothing that could be offensive on that page itself.  You did a great job there in walking that fine line between acceptable and offenseive and you pulled it off like a pro.

My reference to all the flash was directed more at the sites that we see that have that splash/landing page loaded up with tons of different flash apps going on simultaneously, things popping in Java and  overall just confusing and overloaded with information.  Then when you venture from page to page your still flooded with it.  People seem to forget that the vast majority of sites that make it big concentrate on one area and don't try to flood a home page with a ton of items.

Mydatery wtg dude you never let me down.  lol  You are the bomb.  If only people would remember to be thankful instead of thankless for help the world would be a much better place.   As for Fancamtastic it is a fantastic site and I love being there.  It's not all about sex and in fact if you take the time to check it out you will find a ton of really cool people.  I started my own community and web cam chat and link to theirs as they are very cool.  I want to add a similar type radio on my site but have no clue.  I hope you are all having a great day and an even better tomorrow.  Would you mind looking at my site and telling me what I'm doing wrong?  Some errors on the page like pics and backgrounds.  Thanks in advance http://www.iambewytched.com/dolphin  Take care datery and thanks for a wonderful site Bijou aka Bullnuts. xxx BeWytched xxx
