what is going on with the support? i tried to reach them up to a week and no one responded.

most time they return within a day.

I see one unanswered ticket from a day ago, and all others were answered. If you sent the request from another email, I can check that.

 

As for your open ticket, it's in the queue, but there's a backlog. I'll see if I can do anything, but need to focus on subscribers first.
