where is the create blog function?

Please help me out, i can't find the create blog button.

i have button in the navigation menu : blogs , blogs home , all blogs , blog search, profile blog.

Go to the main blogs page (/blogs/home/) and click the Add Post button in the submenu.  Alternatively, go to Profile -> Blog (from the submenu) to create a blog directly.
