where is my language settings?

I've installed few day ago the dolphin 6.1. and i would like to change the languages but - what a suprise - i've got today an empty page the admin/settings/language settings with next text:

So could you help me what can i do to use this menu again?

Try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....

Also be sure to clear your browser caches  .....

HOW TO SEARCH AND NOTE FOR NEW MEMBERS IN THE FORUMS .....

maby trye to reupload the whole admin map from your install package to server.....
