where i change Upload Agreement

i'm looking for where i can change the music and video Upload Agreement, someone can tell me please ?

You can find this in the language file...
Go to admin - settings - language settings

there fill in ad Search for strings:  agreement, now you will get a list, click edit upload agreement and change this and save it
