where goes the REPORTED item

where the admin see all the item of the website who are reported by other user....  this should appear on the main admin dashboard startup page...  as a warning....  so admin can easily see what is the content that he should moderate or delete...

and when you logged as an admin... and that you browse througth the content of the website... the DELETE button should always be in the menu box of eachpage.... by example if the admin look at a photo or listen an mp3... on the page... admin should see a delete button if the admin judge that this item should be delete now... this could be another way to make easily the moderation of the website and clean all dirt

and one last thing... how admin can limit the board access to user??  i dont what that all the member can save unlimited board picture on the website... you imagine the 10 000 non sense photo on this category... admin should be able to set a limit of how many board save that a member can do with each different membership level

i know the trac was set for the 7.1....  but for NOW with RC version3 where admin can see the reported item???? how admin can moderate the content if he can't see the reported item...  this should be in the 7.0 not 7.1
