where are settings stored in DB?

I need to save all settings set in admin panel for new DB but am not sure where this is stored in current DB ...

anyone able to guide me with this please ?

sys_options is the table.

But that is also used for the settings of all installed modules. So be careful. If you restore that table and a module is installed that was not at the time the settings were saved then the module will throw errors.

Same in reverse. If you restore that table and you do not have a module installed that was installed at the time the settings were saved then the module may cause you problems next time you try to install it.
