what's the qualification and experience for moduls

what is the highest qualification and experiences are required to create modules for boonex dolphin, i need to hire a small team to work in my project.

is there any test i can use it to test them online?

While there's no official test, there are a number of obvious criteria, including:

• Solid working knowledge of PHP & MySQL incl. application security, so you don't run into classic fails.
• Understanding and adhering to Dolphin Code Conventions, so as to keep everything comprehensible for other developers you may want to hire down the road.
