what is RMS?

i have been using dlolphin since january 2008, but i dont know what is RMS, and what is it used for?
can anyone here tell me?

Hi, RMS is a server that need for some Dolphin's flash applications. For example : ray chat, ray board.... We only have a unique modules for dolphin! |
BoonEx shared RMS doesn't work, it fails to connect, so you need a host with it pre-installed, or one that will allow instalation. |
