Is there a way tp webcast without a camera?

I wouldn't call it a 'LIVE-FEED' webcast per say -> But any VIDEO production Uploaded to any COMMUNITY or even YouTube (in a proper VIEWABLE MEdia Format) is in fact a WebCast. And so I would assume you have a VIDEOcamera but not a WEBcamera for producing ONLINE in Real-Time.?! To produce VIDEO for VIEW/USE-online you MUST use a form of DIGITAL COMPRESSION SOFTWARE or typeDEVICE.

Using something like http://www.webcamsimulator.com/ or http://www.orangeware.com/endusers/webcamdv.html will allow you to stream from a file or standard video camera instead of a web cam.
