web issue

Hi My Name is Daryl I installed Your script and install went fine no issues on this subdirectory in my site http://social.abdlu.net funny thing is its available from my internet conection but anyone else it times out... would there be a reason for this the script works pic posted below of my PC goin to it by anyone else on the web can't access I am doin something wrong???
