want to remove video.music from IM and chat

hi guys i have small problem i am not allowing members to either upload or view music or videos....so i remove that link from my site ,now the problem is that in IM and chat video and muic icon is shown i want to remove that ..i searche whole of code but didn't get the link...pls help out ..thanx in advance

He don't ant to stop people sharing file, he want the pricate chat music and video icon to disepear ...
