videos wont play

I took a screen capture of this and the VIDEO isnt playing in the window. Any ideas?

looked at the screen shot, looked at the site, not able to arrive at much more information than what was provided in the post. 

is this the only video that is not playing, or no videos are playing? did you get a cron report about the conversion failing or faltering? 

just need more info. 

what is the video extension you uploaded

which uploaded did you use, flash or regular

which browser are you using? 

has the video in fact finished processing? some times that thumb can show up prior to the video being processed. 

ok well, i have 2 sites. The adult one is the one i am having trouble with. Yesterday my username and password didnt work so i had to reinstall/overwrite dolphin. My neblife site works great but one i had trouble with yesterday, dont but used to be just fine.

Does the same for any vids uploaded. All get converted with thumb showing, just no play. Dont matter what the extention is. can use either flash or reg. and using IE.

I suppose it could be trying to locate the video but looking in the wrong spot or taking the wwrong path. My MAIN site (neblife) is all in the public_html root. My ClubSerenity site is in seperate folder inside the public_root if that makes any sence to ya

same thing with sound. Its like the PLAYER isnt installed or something
