videos not processing ?! This is weird!

OK I have rebuilt my DB and made new install of 7.0.9 ...

I have moved the following 'old files' to new install:-

flash/modules/global,  flash/modules/videos and   modules/boonex/videos

I have also moved all videos tables and sys_albums from old Database to the new database

HOWEVER, all videos uploaded to my site stay as 'not processed !!

Cron is set up correctly and working !  ffmpeg permissions is 777

can anyone help with this please  ???

when you say moved files, you may have to do a chown for the new folder

"old files to new install"

is that a "new" directory or the original

original .... basically I removed those mentioned folders from new install and replaced with folders / files from old set up!

everything is working better than ever with new install and DB except videos remaining in the NO Processed Videos state ...

Dolphin_jay tried to look an hr ago without success but had to stop due to other things...

If in SSH and running the "top" command, do you ever see the ffmpeg.exe run.

It's not immediate, I think its set to fire every five minutes. If you can determine if that is happening it would be easier to move forward.

and the other sites, when you do an upload, you see ffmpeg.exe fire in SSH / top?

Using FileZilla, open your folder /flash/modules/global/app

in the window you will see the file lists, for ffmpeg.exe..

the column "Owner/Group" does it match the others or is it different?

the video size is 2.99MB.

also when I uploaded video at other site (not SM) I seen ffmpeg.exe work!

Why would I not see this with SM site ?

Video size has never been an issue with old set up! I have moved everything over exactly with folders, files and DB tables and cron is working and sending mass mail etc!   Permissions also seem correct ...

this has really got me stumpped !!

my 7.0.9 is 10,126,952MB

the file itself, ffmpeg.exe not the size of the videos.

and when you say the others fire, that is why I was wondering the ownerships of the file

Hello ... After 3 days pulling my teeth out I managed to solve this issue!!I seems that the RaysVideoFiles table in DB would work for original site BUT not with new install

Solution: copy all tables from within the RaysVideoFiles and import to new RaysVideoFiles !

Don't upload the raysvideofiles table as it will not work! But Import the old tables from within ...

Hope this make sense ;)
