video uploading problem...

hi,

I am running my dolphin on the TMDhosting, and I was advised from the support ticket who was telling me that I'm not the one who has a problem uploading large videos into dolphin via the ffmpeg (ffmpeg v3.0 from johnvansickie).

I checked my admin's host tools are all ok.

Anyway, TMDhosting's php max_post  is 128mb limited,  I have 4GB physical memory.

Upload a small video, i.e 5mb went to 100% then shows up "Done" then it went processing (ffmpeg was busy), and in the cpanel, i saw 50% cpu in used, memory, etc. It took a while then shows up a video on the website. That was working ok.

Larger videos, 30mb or more but no more than 128mb, I did submit 50mb a video to 100% uploaded then it went on forever stuck at 100% uploaded but not getting "Done". (see photo attached)

I checked in the cpanel, there was no CPU/processor/memory in used, all were in idle.

Has anyone who got the same problem? Was it a bug or blamed the TMDhosting?

(Dolphin 7.3 scooter)

Cheers.
