video upload stopped working when I migrated my site

Just migrated my site and now video upload doesn't work!!!!

I urgently need help here.

My server administrator (who used to be a Unity moderator) as well as I are both stumped here.

After migrating my site, video uploading doesn't work. In flash upload (Chrome and IE), on one computer it progresses and says complete...then nothing...it goes right back to the upload without ever advancing to the page for titling and submitting the video. It never gets to the processing phase.

On another computer,(Firefox) when it is completed you get this mix of the header and access denied error

(see attached jpeg scree shot) Site www.indimusic.tv The regular upload just spins and spins and nothing as well.We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the video module and disabled RMS and that didn't work.

There is already a boonex admin profile on the site already to log into.

Thank you in advance!!!!

If you go into "host tools" in admin does it show everything that should be writable as writable?

Yes but there are php errors regarding content

I had this with a recent server move.

Check the permissions mentioned, then also goto the dolphin installation guide, right at the bottom are more permissions listed for modules that will not show in the admin section. These need to be checked also.

Are you getting same result with uploading photos?

Good point, I didn't even realize the modules weren't showing in the host tools.

Did you add the cron job back on to the new server by chance ? if so you may have to look at it as the php location or the username might have changed for your files.

Ok. The server audit that I paid for was in fact not done right. They re did it,

re-migrated the site and everything works fine now.

However, I tried to increase the video file size limit from 128 meg (default)  to 200 meg in php in the service panel in WHM. That didn't seem to do anything.

Is there somewhere in Dolphin 7.09 admin where I can increase the video upload size as well?.Maye you need to do both? It's not in Ray Base settings that I could see? Thanks ALL!

nevermind :P you have it working :)

did you restart apache after the change you made to the size limit.  did you change both file limits in php.ini ?

did you check in dolphin admin host tools to see if the value was changed in both php.ini's ?

i would like to also add that most videos will fail to complete towards the 200 meg limit if the server cant handle that many resources at one time.
