video upload not working

hi site was all good but for some reason, video upload not working

can someone suggest or facing this issue lately.

We have changed the permissions of the following file to 755: 

public_html/flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe

and now you should be able to upload videos to your website without any issues.
