video player not working

can someone tell me what this mean: Alert,undefined, my members get that box after the video is uploaded and is approved, then the video is not uploaded

Check your ffmpeg.exe under ray/global/apps file and make sure that it's writable. Contact your hosting and ask them what the "writable" permissions should be. On some servers, just giving this file a "777" permissions, would fix the issue.

thank you, they are 777, i have sent an email so see what the writable" permissions  are, this one got me, sometime you can upload the video and sometimes you cant
