We need server details please.    If using windows use the ffmpeg for windows.  if using freebsd use freebsd ffmpeg.  also check that ffmpeg has 777 permisions in the ray global app folder.

ok do you have the correct perms on the ffmpeg file (777) in ray/modules/global/app/    also does your host allow executable files on there server ?

yes i correct the permission but not uploding after this plz tell me clearly this problam how to solve?

if you have linux hosting consider increasing php.ini or .htaccess depending on your hosts actual setup for max execution time, max input time, post max size, upload max filesize, and possibly even memory limit.

Try to increase them in php.ini if you have a cgi type of setup, or .htaccess if you have apache module, test and see what happens.
