video limit

Please user who visit my site (http://winningtheworld4christ.com) have complained that they can't upload videos that are more that 20MB please is it possible increase this limit and how can this be done?

Have your host adjust the php.ini file to unlimited if your on a VPS or dedicated.  Probably won't happen on shared hosting.
