video chat room ( ray RMS ) doesnt work

Hi maybe someone can help me I`m having this big problem with flash chat room (RMS ) I have everything set up right but when u in the chat room u cant type anything it doesn't let you does anyone know how I can fix that please :(

it was working just fine few days ago and now it just stop

I`m using D7.1 a new install

[edit] it was his RMS host provider, still using the older version of RMS
