whats the use of moderator? when will it be use?

The moderators are supposed to remove inflammatory, hateful, racist, spam, and other kinds of posts that the site deems inappropriate.

A moderator is very handy if you have someone who continually posts advertisements on your site - for instance. They can step in & get those ads off of your site so that others aren't getting scammed while the owner/administrator aren't online.

It's a very handy feature.
