is there any youtube Chanel  to help new user for uploading new modules ?

or is there any article with clear steps one by one, to help non-expert to do it ?

first - lets start with the module folder structure.

- module folder

-- vendor folder

--- individual module

second - if you are referring to a module obtained in the market - it should come with upload and/or installation instructions.
