uploaded videos and comment videos are jagged

All the uploaded videos on my site are crappy.  I already set it to 100% in flash settings and I'm still not sure why they're still jagged. I tested one with really good quality and it came out kinda crappy on my site.  I think they lost between 25%-30% of quality which I think is huge. We have the same issue with comment videos.  Does anyone have this issue?  I'm wondering.

Set to 25FPS and Keep Original Video Format to maintain quality at the expense of HDD Space/Bandwidth. (my test 25MB wmv went from 1.6mb flash at default settings to 23MB with those settings)

We are still debating and tinkering with how to fine tune quality vs bandwidth with no clear direction on how to procedd at the moment. But if you happen to run across the location of the commandline call to ffmpeg.exe in teh cron process let me know and I'll start tinkering :)

25FPS is there already BUT i didn't check "Save video original quality while converting" checkbox.  I just checked it and I hope that was the problem.  :D  I'll check and let you know.
