Why I can`t upload video if just smaller than 10mb ??

most servers limit you to uploads to about 2mb, some are a bit more, but usually its not 10mb, then there is the time out limit that some servers set, so it could be that too.

You need to check your phpinfo.php file, that will tell you more indepth.

Go to your site, log into admin  then just go to the browser bar and delete the index.php bit in the address bar then make it so you have "www,yoursite.com/admin/phpinfo.php

What you looking for is

max execution time

max input time

memory limit

post max size
