upgrade error's

i followed the upgrade instructioins even at the bottom of the script but now i get this error at the top of all my pages

with these errors i can not recomile languges or any thing else in the admin panel due to it being all jumbled

When you edited inc/header.inc.php your editor must have damaged it. Most likely white space at the end of the file. Edit the file again.

Make sure there are no extra lines or spaces at the end of the file after the closing php tag. ?>
