unyoutube Videos add ?

i try to Embed unyoutube Videos or XXX Videos  frome youtube as Embed  on my site but i get error.

it is possible to Embed unyoutube Videos to Dolphin D7 RC2 ?

hehehehe.. sorry.. I believe the embed youtube video function was meant for YOUTUBE, not anything else. So, for example, you couldnt post a dailymotion video there either.

I was able to enter "embed" code for other videos from abc.com and other places in D6 if I put it in an HTML block on a page.

I tried that in D7 and it didn't work.  Not sure why, but I would like to be able to do that again.

i had this function in my d6.1.6 site, i used to embed videos in orca forum.. but now i cant do it..

i cant remember how did i modified it in 6.1.6

I tried pasting the Embed code that begins with "<object", not the URL, into a new forum topic. I clicked the html icon and pasted it in there and clicked Update which closed the html window and it showed in the topic area but it would not save the new topic when I clicked Submit.


But I also pasted the code into new HTML block that I added to a page in builders and it saved it and it displays and plays from the page.


Also, that is a video that is hosted on abc.com, not youTube.  See here



I don't know why it doesn't work in the forum.

Answer is no apparently, the link is specifically for youtube and doesn't work for anything else.
