If I go to http://www.sneppy.com/ads/tags/ it has a warning that register_globals is on. Maybe your host changed the php ini config, you or someone changed php.ini or .htaccess.

Login to your admin panel if you can and check the tools...host tools. Both Host Params and Phpinfo for starters. Make sure you got green lights in Host Params.

Then on the Phpinfo details make sure the ones Dolphin Technical Requirements page http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolTech match the values on the phpinfo page in your dolphin admin.

It could be you or your host changed some settings. Some shared hosts like to make changes without telling everyone. They leave it up to you to figure out which can be a slight pain.
