transparent help

hi can someone tell me is there away to 

make this area in this photo transparent , this is just part of the body of the site 

well i mean this area of the body

CSS controls all of this.  You have not really given us anything to work with.

what im tryin ta do is ta make that area transparent so that i can see the body thru it

Yes, I understand that.  for CSS, whatever is the controlling element put background:transparent.

Since I don't know exactly what that is the best I can give you
