top menu tab for Dolphin7 module

Hello!

U can use any module as example (except profiler). Good example - groups module, check it install.sql file for getting main points of work with top menu.

Thanks Leonids for the quick reply, in fact I was doing that only, refereing NEWS module, but I dont have any idea about impact of these table entries, you know any place where I can find details?

Investigate inserts to `sys_menu_top` table first.
