tiny_mce missing files

what a day so far.. any help out there?

found this working on other issue

plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/contextmenu/css/contextmenu.css

plugins/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/css/editor_ui.css

see these files in the track but not in my downloaded version 6.1.5 or 6.1.6

They are not showing up in my 7.0 release and firebug shows it.  I have checked server logs.

This is a problem.   Someone tell me WTF is the deal with orca and why does it not work?

For the Original Post that is a typo in trac, those files do NOT exist in 6.1.6
