no worries create a custom link on the toolbar to cart If your referring to the "member menu" you must change the position to "top" under the Admin section Advanced Settings>Variables, do not set to static.
For the others whom are PM ing me.. I installed the script into the /templates/base/_sub_footer.html file at the end... make sure you make a backup of your files before you change.. if you look at the test site Student Jug my member menu is located at the top of the page..
